We are pleased to offer this beautiful Rolex Submariner Date reference 16610T, dating from 2007. One of the final evolutions of the classic 16610 generation, this example combines the traditional proportions of the neo vintage Submariner with several of the practical improvements found on later Rolex sports models.

For many enthusiasts, this generation represents a particularly desirable balance. It retains the elegant 40mm Oyster case and slimmer proportions of the classic Submariner, before the introduction of the larger and more substantial case design of the following generation, while already benefiting from a more modern bracelet configuration with solid end links.

The watch is presented in nice and honest overall condition. The stainless steel case retains attractive proportions and has not been excessively polished, with normal signs of careful wear consistent with its age. The Oyster bracelet is also in neat condition and is fitted with the characteristic Rolex folding clasp.

The classic black dial is paired with the black aluminium diving bezel, luminous hour markers, Mercedes-style hands and the iconic date display at 3 o’clock with Cyclops magnification. Together, these elements create the instantly recognizable appearance that has made the 16610 one of the most enduring Submariner references.
